Following our February 2024 Executive Committee Meeting, here is all the news from around the grounds, which by the way is looking very blue and 'open for business'.
PITCH USE GUIDELINES
As we start getting onto the new pitch, can everyone please remember to use all of it.. Training and hitting up should be done on the sides of the pitch, to in the D like we are all keen to do. It's important to ensure the pitch is worked in, but also to help prolong the life of the new surface.
COMPETITION STRCUTURES
It is without doubt that the entire association is looking for a full field hockey to come back, but the simple fact is, it entirely rests in the hands of our members to register and get their team organized. Our preference is to have the Autumn & Winter season as full field, this will entirely depend on people registering before the season starts.
So, if you are on the fence about registering, can I encourage you to get off it and register so we can lock down what our final competition's structure will be.

JCC & JSC - What's the difference?
Both of these competitions are considered representative games and part of a player development pathway. However, both have different levels of performance and participation expectations. The cost to participate is also different.
